White pointed cabbage
White pointed cabbagse is derived from white cabbage. It has a pointed shape, a mild flavor and is juicer and easier to digest than ordinary white cabbage. White pointed cabbage is ideal for cooking, stewing, braising and stir-frying.
White pointed cabbage provides more vitamin C than the related white cabbage. Vitamin C supports along with folate, potassium and natural sugars normal function of the nervous system and brains . Vitamin C is also important for resistance and potassium is good for blood pressure.
