Red pointed cabbage
Red pointed cabbage is a crossbreed between an ordinary pointed cabbage and red cabbage. The crossbreed unites the best of both cabbage types: the red color of the red cabbage and the gentle flavor of the pointed cabbage. Red pointed cabbage has a pointed shape with red closed outer leaves around it. It can be used very diverse. Eat red pointed cabbage raw in salads or appetizers or eat the red pointed cabbage stewed, boiled or stir-fried.
Red pointed cabbage provides more vitamin C than the related white pointed cabbage. Vitamin C supports along with folate, potassium and natural sugars normal function of the nervous system and brains. Vitamin C is also important for resistance and potassium is good for blood pressure.
