Broccoli is a popular vegetable that is related to cauliflower, but there are differences. Wih broccoli, still closed flower buds are eaten while cauliflower are stems of the flower buds that we consume. Furthermore, it is smaller than cauliflower, and the structure is more loosened. Broccoli consists of tiny green buds with thick steal. The taste resembles that of cauliflower, but spicier.
